What We Stand For

The values, mission, and approach that define Resilience - by Design — and why your trust matters for our work.

What We Care About

Integrity. This means you do what you say, and you build systems that do the same. The three words that give integrity meaning in our work are resilience, trust, and reliability — not as values to post on a wall, but as deliverables. An organization that can withstand a severe cyber outage is one its customers can trust. That's what we build.

The common good. Resilience isn't just an organizational asset — it's a public one. When a hospital keeps operating through a cyber attack, patients live. When a bank stays functional, a community stays financially stable. The organizations we protect serve the public, and that obligation runs through everything we do.

Diversity. This is a design principle, not a policy. Two opposing views — stress-tested against each other — produce a more resilient outcome than one expert perspective left unchallenged. We bring that discipline to every engagement. The friction is the point.

Humanity. It's all personal. Every system has people inside it. Every outage has a human cost on both sides of the institution — the people running it and the people depending on it. We never lose sight of that.

To protect the social order — aided by technology, not controlled or conflicted by it.

Our Strategy

We are protagonists, not consultants on retainer. Our job is to get organizations ready for the severe cyber outages that are coming — and to provide everything they need to become and remain fully resilient. Not a framework to file. Not a maturity score to present to the board. Delivered, tested, operational resilience.

We also work with governments and regulators to make sure that what we build with the private sector is practical — and that our work accelerates our clients' progress rather than creates obstacles to it.

What We Do

We start at the top. Resilience has to be owned by leadership, not delegated to a team that doesn't run the business. From there, we enable every critical business function to maintain operations through extreme cyber outages — the kind that take down the infrastructure most organizations assume will be there.

What a client looks like when the work is done

Everyone in the organization knows exactly what is expected of them when a cyber outage hits — any kind of outage, at any scale. They've practiced it. They can act independently, with confidence that the people and functions around them are performing their roles too. No one is waiting for instructions that won't come. No one is caught off guard.

This is what resilience actually looks like. Not a policy document. Not a certification. It is an organization that already knows the answer to the question that decides everything: When it happens, what do we do?

Who We Are

The people who deliver on this promise — practitioners who have built the frameworks, led the implementations, and seen what it takes to make resilience real.
